A new moving company, built the old way.
AMANA Logistics started in 2024 with one van, a deep belief that moving day shouldn't be the worst day of the year, and a list of bad habits we wanted to avoid. We serve private and business customers across Europe, and the founder, Hakim, still answers the WhatsApp himself.
We're young as a company but we've worked enough delivery and moving jobs to know what makes the difference: showing up on time, lifting carefully, communicating clearly, and never adding a surprise line item on the day.

Photos or a quick video of the items and addresses is enough. We reply with a flat-rate quote, usually within the hour.
Confirm the date
Pick a slot — weekday, evening, weekend. We book a permit for the lift if needed, and confirm in writing.
Moving day
We arrive in a 15-minute window. Pad, wrap, load, drive, unload, place. You sign off only when you're happy.
Settled in
Boxes labeled by room, furniture reassembled, debris taken away. Photos shared if you'd like them for insurance.

How pricing works.
Every move is unique, so we quote on real details — never on a flat-rate guess. Four factors determine the final price. Send these over WhatsApp and we'll come back with an exact number, usually within the hour.
Pickup & delivery addresses
Distance between the two addresses and the parking situation at each end. City-centres with narrow streets need a smaller van; long-distance gets fuel and time costed in.

An elevator on both ends keeps things fast and cheap. Stairs add time (and sometimes a lift-truck permit). Tell us both addresses — pickup and delivery.

Ground floor is fastest. Higher floors without an elevator are slower and may need a moving lift on the outside of the building. The higher the floor, the more we plan for.

Two boxes and a chair fit in a small van. A three-bedroom apartment needs the big van and two extra hands. A few photos or a short video is the fastest way to scope it.
